SASSA payment dates 2026/27
The confirmed dates for every month of the 2026/27 year — older persons first, disability next, children's grants after that. Once paid, the money stays in your account: there is no need to queue on day one.

Three things worth knowing
- The date is when money lands, not a deadline. Funds stay in your account indefinitely — skipping the first-day queue costs you nothing.
- You are paid on the day for YOUR grant type. A caregiver receiving a Child Support Grant is paid on the children's date even if they also collect for an older household member on the earlier date.
- The SRD R370 grant follows its own cycle — it is processed and paid separately, usually later in the month, and is not part of this schedule. See the SASSA grants guide for SRD details.
